     The hotel ownership was transferred to United Libyan Tourist Investment Company " ULTICO " by the general Peoples committee's decision no.929/2007.
     The hotel is located in the city center of Benghazi.
     A contract was signed with the Engineering Consulting Office for Utilities to prepare proposals for complete renovations and designs for the hotel.
